Shipping Policy

For Orders Delivered to Hong Kong and Macau

Shipping Information

Thank you for shopping with us. We aim to provide a fast and reliable delivery experience for all our customers. Please read the following shipping policy for orders delivered to Hong Kong and Macau.

Delivery Time

  • Hong Kong: Orders will be delivered within 3 business days after your order is confirmed.
  • Macau: Orders will be delivered within 4 business days after your order is confirmed.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, special promotions, or under unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or public holidays.

Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping: Orders with a total value of HK$650 or above will enjoy free standard shipping.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: A delivery fee of HK$80 will be charged.
  • Additional Information
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete to avoid delays or unsuccessful deliveries.

Returns Policy 

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please do not dispose of the original item until the complaint has been reported to us.

If you receive Return Authorisation after contacting the Customer Service team, you are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us at your own cost. Credit notes and shipping charges are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Once your return has been approved, please send your item(s) to the address provided by the Customer Care team. For high-value returns, it is advisable to use a trackable shipping service. Global Wellness logistic Ltd does not accept any liability for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

Exchanges 

If you have ordered an incorrect item, the fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please be aware that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
